Purveyors of Time Concierge has some of the most experienced staff in the hospitality industry. They have been chosen based on their personality, knowledge and commitment to service. Each staff member has been background screened, their DMV record checked, and is fully bonded.

Purveyors of Time Terms of Service
Memberships as well as non-member hourly rates include all personal concierge services, whether they be in or out of our office.
Time Calculation - All services are calculated in 15-minute increments. If the services requested are of an out-of-the-office nature, the time begins when the concierge associate leaves the office or the location of the last client (whichever is closer). There is a 1 hr. minimum for out-of-the-office services.
Mileage - Membership rates, as well as non-member hourly rates, include the first 25 miles per day for errand-running or out-of-the-office services. After the first 25 miles, there is a charge of $0.55 per mile.
Payments - All memberships as well as non-member hourly services must be paid in advance before services are rendered. Purveyors of Time accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Check, or money orders. Memberships and hourly rates do not include charges from any third-party vendors or merchandise purchased on the client's behalf. Those charges will be billed to the client once they have been determined and a 5% convenience/administrative fee will be added to the final bill.
Client's Preferences - Our clients may request that the same concierge associate be of service to them at all times. Purveyors of Time will make every effort to accommodate; however, their preferred concierge associate may not be available at the time of the specific request.
Senior Citizens - Individuals 65 and older receive an additional 10% discount off of all services (including Exclusive Memberships).
Business Hours - Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm P.S.T. For those who hold a Membership, Purveyors of Time assists after normal business hours with advanced notice. We are closed on all major holidays for all services.
Application and Agreement - We understand that time is precious to all of our clients; however, all clients will be asked to fill out a one-time application form, which will then allow Purveyors of Time to provide the most efficient service to the client. In addition, all clients will be asked to sign and accept our "Agreement."
Privacy Policy - All personal information collected in regards to clients, including client credit card information, is kept completely private and confidential. At no time will the client's information be disclosed to a third party - except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Purveyors of Time.
