Founded in 2007 by Jeannette Rose-Jones, Purveyors of Time was conceived on the principle that there are times when people need assistance but don't need to hire a full-time assistant. Jeannette seized this unique opportunity and came up with the "on-call/as-needed assistant." This aspect of the business thrived, but Jeannette was also tasked with overseeing her principals' vacation homes and secondary residences. In 2017, Jeannette attended formal training and is now a certified Professional Household Manager.
Purveyors of Time had its beginnings in Los Angeles. After having worked for many high-profile individuals and families, Jeannette and her team cemented their place in the industry as the go-to team when you need something accomplished. Jeannette has the instinctive ability of anticipating her clients' needs and streamlining their homes and personal lives. Jeannette has built a solid reputation as one of the most sought-after personal assistants and property/estate managers. She has parlayed this expertise into the individually-tailored services to the clients of Purveyors of Time.
What differentiates us from many other property management companies is that we hold a Professional Household Manager certification. We have been trained to carefully and professionally run and manage properties and estates. We do not provides services to the masses. We work with a few private households to provide a very personalized and customized service tailored to your very specific household needs. Additionally, we do not work with rental properties.
Since moving the company to the Monterey peninsula in 2017, Jeannette has set up roots and has taken the Central Coast by storm. Jeannette’s strong entrepreneurial background has been the driving force in establishing Purveyors of Time as "the" premier concierge property management company that it is today.
